I wanted to start creating the Catch'Em All category in Fire Red, but it's difficult to know which 170 Pokémon we capture there, I researched, but every place I look says something different, could anyone help with this issue?

I don't have the information myself, but I'd suggest asking in the discord since someone else may have tried to route it before. My guess is that the Leaf Green routing could be taken as base and modified a bit for the exclusive pokemon in Fire Red, but again some discord user might have already started routing it or can help with it already, so I suggest asking there
