here is an example with the rules :

"RESTRICTED RULES STORYLINE: You must complete every heist on the list."

"UNRESTRICTED RULES STORYLINE: You can skip heists that have a different requirement (i.e. you can skip Get the Coke as long as you are level 10)."

The answer is now. The mandatories mods are : SuperBLT and the Speedrunning mod. Only the RNGmodifier is allowed. NO other mods are allowed. Then make you, you don't have any HUD mods installed on your mods_overrides folder.
