A Zemerald™ classic :troll: (found on 9/11/2021) Basically in Lost Temple, at the start you can hold jump to get out of bounds, then you could do a super dash to get insane height and land on top of the higher ceiling and that would place you right at the 2nd checkpoint, right before the 2nd room. -> Example of Heaven's Door It saves around 5 seconds over going through the normal route.
