I have asked on the discord server and no one can help me, I litteraly could have wr, but I loose a lot of time each time I S+Q, and well for me is a disadvantage

What’s the problem?

I watched your Ol2 Any% NS run, and I saw when you did a s+q you didn’t hold your space down. You HAVE to hold Space down in the loading screen after doing a S+Q and then let go after when you’re in the menu. If you don’t do that you’ll waste like 2 seconds every save + quit! Like here: (Look 3:00 minutes in to the video)

I did hold it down, I even show finath my problem, and he dosen't know how to fix it

Try holding it down until you actually see the menu thats usually how I do it
