This glitch, despite its fancy name, is really easy to pull off. All you have to do is move your in-game camera to the far side of the map (the far right side is the best for this) which will freeze almost all enemies that are out of sight, ranged enemies like the spear throwers and catapults could still hit you or your troll. It is unknown if it is related to a graphics setting or not, if so let me know.
