How to do Double Steering (DS) in NFS Underground:

1. Have a racing wheel + a wheel rotation of around 180°
2. In the game options have manual transmission activated, and stability control on
3. Map your wheel as the primary steering input, and one button on your wheel as the secondary steering input
4. Drive into the corner with the wheel turned in at around 50° and then tap the secondary steering input
5. If it worked your car will start to drift
6. To get out of the drift, reduce the steering angle of your wheel
