Known issues: 
- start time is not always to the millisecond, its generally about ~.1 seconds late
- timer doesn't stop on boss, but once the level change event is triggered

Rookie Any% spawn manipulation "tutorial"

I messed up a few rooms because I got dash explosion super late in world 1 and I'm not used to some of the slower enemy spawns anymore. Other than that this should serve as a decent reference for everyone who is trying to get into this game.
I also forgot to mention the pity shield at the beginning. Pretty much when you kill yourself instantly in the first room, the game gives you a pity shield. Getting that shield makes you lose ~3 seconds, but not having to deal with the shield drop and being fully upgraded 1 room earlier than usual usually makes up for it. I don't know if it really saves time at all but it might make world 1 a bit more consistant.
