Can we make a category for viewing all unique death/failure animations? I think it would be interesting.

That sounds like a unique category extension. Maybe it could be added as a misc category but I do not see it as being particularly notable. This game simply is not really big enough to incentivise adding category extensions such as that. You could of course still do a run if you want to naturally.
