This is the route I used in March, 2014, minus the screenshots. I've been told there are two possible improvments.

1. Someone says you can skip the anagram buster.
2. Someone else said that you can cheat out of making Katie a sandwich. "You know, you don't actually have to make Katie a sandwich. There will be a option that Nancy says "Would you like a sandwich?" then it'll give an option after saying "Here's a sandwich for you" and then Katie will be okay. It saves about a random 10 seconds, but you don't have to run over and look at the fridge at all in the game :)"

• Opening convo: 2 • Make a sandwich with ketchup. • Fix Katie's sink! • • On the deck, see the GPS isn't working. Talk to Katie. Convo: 1-2-1-1-2-2. • HOT KETTLE CAFÉ. Go straight forward. Right of window is SPADES.

Minor scene. Forward to door. At the end, you get the door with a bottle of spray. Pick it up, then pull the lever to open the door. Through here, you find the snake puzzle on door. Push the two middle pieces up. • Go back the way you came. • LIGHTHOUSE. Password is 3457. Go inside and pull the hidden lever. Now spin around outside and go to lighthouse basement. Get bulb #6 and fix the door by moving the two pieces up. Hidden area! • Go to top of lighthouse. Put bulb in, and use oilcan spray to get rid of rust. Send this message to Hilda: • .....
