I believe it's allowed but it probably depends on whether the gap between your videos is too large/omits to much
I would recommend streaming to a platform like twitch so that you don't have to worry about storage space and editing or anything like that. A run with multiple clips put together could also look like 2 different runs spliced together to make a better run which could cause your run to be rejected as well.
Can you stream to Twitch on mobile? I didn't think that was a thing.
For a while, I tried just using a camera to record my screen, but I only had one monitor so I couldn't check my splits. I'd end up spending close to 2 hours on a failed attempt. I eventually just fixed my PC and now my capture card works. Yay.
