Is it ok to submit as 1 second then have it changed by a mod after?

If you can, I think they allow Millisecond timers? Is the Game based on per second each?

I think it's based of seconds, but 1 click is considered a 0 second win. Also couldn't fin a millisecond timer option.

Submit time with 1 second. It is possible for moderators to change it to 0 seconds.
