Mednafen on Windows with TG16-Mini USB Controller. The strat here was to deny the enemy any factories. Bait their Hunter into being surrounded by Eagle/Seeker (with Rabbit assist). Take the southwest factory with Panther and ground troops. Drop a Charlie off at the Middle factory, and block their Panther with your Eagle. Take the middle factory, and immediately deploy a new Charlie into the waiting Pelican, then take it up to the northwest factory to block - or take that factory too, if you wish.

My computer had some slowdown in the middle, so this easily could have been faster, even with no change in strat.
