First off, before you start the run, enable SpotPass... it will save time in the run. Also, name all the characters you unlock SINGLE CHARACTERS!!! If you do that, you will save milliseconds per text box. This will save minutes in the run. Next, for every text box, traveling, and cut scenes, hold B. This will make it go into super speed mode. Every battle, turn on Auto Battle. This will allow you to speed up each battle by holding B, but it'll also eliminate human input error and input lag. This'll save a lot of time.
