To change an autosave into a manual save, just go into Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect Andromeda/Save then lets say the autosave was just made, it would be the newest autosave the game created in the file. Change it from(for example) Career3226c035-0AutoSave, to Career3226c035-0ManualSave.
