[Effective 3/30/2025] Reset in-between worlds in Yoshi's Island BANNED in Decathlon Warpless

Hello, everyone. Effective immediately, resetting in-between worlds for Yoshi's Island will no longer be allowed in Decathlon Warpless. The YI category in question, "Warpless" does not allow skipping the cutscenes in between worlds, so we feel that it is best to remain consistent with the YI community's definition of a Warpless speedrun. Resetting in between worlds is still allowed for Decathlon Any%.
