You don't need the last house, so subtract the materials we need for that, from everything. Also you have to add the materials for the diamond sword ( -2 Diamonds -4 Gold -12 XP )

Equals: ~140 planks = 35 wood = 9x punch wood 110 stone = 6x mine stone 26 iron = 3.25x mine iron (you need to mine iron 4 times) 22XP = 7.3 mobs (you have to kill 8 mobs) 16 gold = 2.66667x mine gold (you need to mine gold 3 times) 5 redstone = 0.15625x mine redtone (you have to mine redtone 1 times) 2 Diamonds = Mine Diamonds 1 Time
