Am i allowed to complain about the fact that my run has not been verified after 3 weeks (which is the time assured by speedrun. com)

This is a very popular game with a lot of pending runs, with only 11 moderators trying to balance moderating with their real life jobs or schoolwork. Please be patient; your run will get verified eventually (maybe in 1-2 months).

Well oldest run in queue is 4 months old so……. patience is key I guess. Atleast it’s not like Java where there are almost 1k runs in queue lol.

EDIT: Java’s oldest run is 3 days short of being there for a year and the queue is at 1042 lol.

I'm still waiting for a verification from 4 months ago, better get used to it

@Omar_Xd well.....they used to back in the old days(an year ago when I was more active) +i saw gucci's runs getting accepted in under 3 weeks.....soooo

Am i allowed to complain Yes, it is allowed, especially after 3 weeks. To mitigate this issue we have added new verifiers and have guided them on how to retime and examine runs. We hope that this will improve the wait time to get a run examined

@KerjaBagus there is nothing "wrong" with your run not being verified. It is "pending", which means it's waiting for a moderator to take a look at it and either approve or reject it. You must wait in line like everyone else before your run is examined
