I usually play with dynamic FOV off but I'm not sure if there is a legal mod to disable it for 1.16.1 speedruns.

Dunno i found this mod NoFov which disables potion only for 1.12 but im still looking into it heres the link: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/nofov

pretty sure sodium has that feature to turn off dynamic FOV. could be wrong though

Yeah I've been using sodium but I couldn't find it. I also tried phosphor and lithium but I didn't see anything related.
