How do I use the zoom option in Minecraft Java 1.16.1

You need to have Optifine to zoom. Unfortunately, Optifine is banned from speedruns in 1.16+, so there's no way to use zoom in speedrunning. The zoom setting is also banned from all versions including ones where optifine is allowed.

It affects mob spawning. That's a major one anyway.

I think I saw some speedrunners use this option. How is that?
