most likely. I'm pretty sure the different input methods wouldn't make a difference
there are seeds that are different ids but are the same about everything but the spawn il link the vid ith this one
its just sister seeds (similar seeds) add 2^48 (or subtract) and you will get the same structure seed there are 2^16 sister seeds of every seed in the game i believe only works in legacy console and java, not bedrock because bedrock doesnt even have enough seeds to get at least 1 similar seed
If you look, one of the seeds has a mountain in between the village and ruined portal which would be a time loss if this was still the SSG seed
