Is it allowed to use a resource pack that changes the normal splash texts to speedrunning splash texts?

Resource packs are allowed as long as they clearly provide no advantage. Changing the splashes doesn't affect gameplay, so that's fine

yeah, resource packs with no advantages are allowed, but if someone tried playing with an awful resource pack with lot's of disavantages, and still got a WR, that would be an insane meta. 🤣
