If we get Dark Side (Darth Vader red brick) and Force Grapple Leap (Darth Maul red brick) before doing Jabba's Palace, we would only need to go to the room after getting Luke in the free play, since all the rest could be gotten first time around. You don't need Torpedoes in either episode 1 or 3, I think that it will be much faster, since both bricks are relatively quick and Jabba's Palace is so long.

I just remembered that 100% thing ZachyJ1 mentioned, it happened to me too when I was practising. If the stud fountain is the last thing you do to get 100%, you indeed will get 100%, but the game does not save automatically (at least not on pc) after building so you have to save your game somehow (for instance going into a level and save&quit) and then the game saves your progress and you will have a nice 100% file.
