Most non 150cc courses on the level leaderboard are played in vs race, where items can be set to none, boring, normal, or crazy. Which one should be the standard, or should they all be allowed?

I'd want crazy to be allowed but if others think that normal should be the standard i'd be okay with it. Alternatively, we could add tags to runs with item settings

Personally, I think items should be turned off for the level leaderboard.
