Download the linked .rar file. Extract the enclosed .ips file using WinRAR. You will then need an unaltered Kid Chameleon ROM and Lunar IPS program. Use Lunar IPS to patch the extracted .ips file to the Kid Chameleon ROM, and you should now have a KCHMR ROM.
