For the 3 standard difficulties 1 is always the minimum # of times to use the microwave. This is your biggest wait in the run so start this step as soon as you can. For the custom easy% it's possible to get away with not needing the microwave at all, and all the steps are all on the whiteboards so you can see right away if you should reset when hunting for sub-minute. For the custom max% you will always need to use the microwave twice, but that category has 2x processing speed so it's not as big of an issue.
