For the OOB category There is a Strat in hello neighbor act 3 that way faster by like 50 seconds than alpha 4

edit: forgot flings WERE allowed in oob. im not sure what you mean by act 3 though since we don't have a category like that for it.
I think it's the bug with the chair where you just use it on the door to get flung outside of the appartment or maybe a clip to the room behind the entrance door

I could find any runs using the death start in act 3, plus my Strat you can’t die woth the main chair strat
