If i die on the end platform does it still count?

If platform was launched, i think it count.

and if i died of falldamage while landing on the platform?

Yeah it counts as long as the platform starts falling. In case you do die during a good run it might be a good idea to record the platform falling and the fadeout back to the menu if possible.
