how do you guys go about removing old demos after reseting the run? do you have to remove them manualy from the game files every time you wanna start over? or do they swap with the old demos or some shit?

I just remove them manually after a while (when it starts taking too much space). You can also overwrite them but it could be risky (in case you accidentally overwrite a good run) and confusing to work with that.
