After working on this for several days, I've made a mostly complete guide to running through the entire missions mode. Note, this is not the fastest way to run each individual mission or even area, but all of them together, as this accounts for making loading times minimum while taking advantage of when they're required. Please alert me if any are inoptimal, I'm pretty certain some are. Also sorry for inconsistent terminology.

1-1 Dashing In: Do as the mission says and dash in on each try. 1-2 Backdash: Dodge 3 then get hit on purpose the other 2. 1-3 Double Jump: Dodge 3 then get hit on purpose the other 2 times. 1-4 High Jump: High Jump j.P once all 5 times. 1-5 Close Slash and Far Slash: Select Sol, dash forward c.5S > f.5S all 5 times. 1-6 Unique Moves: The moment it starts do 6S, then 6H, then slight dash forward 6P. Repeat all 5 times. 1-7 Gatling Combination: Do as it says 3 times, then do a single 5P the other 2. 1-8 Standing Block and Crouching Block: Get hit by lows 2 times on purpose (just block high), make sure it's always on the first hit. Succeed the other 3. 1-9 Ground Throw: Select Sol, micro walk forwards and throw 3 times, then do round start 5P 2 times. 1-10 Dust Attack: Select Sol, 5D 3 times, then 5K round start 2 times. 1-11 The Character's Direction: Do as it says 3 times, then round start f.5S 2 times. 1-12 Blue Psych Burst: Burst the very first hit all 5 times. 1-13 Charging the Tension Gauge: Round start f.5S > 214K then loop c.5S > f.5S > 214K until end. Repeat all 5 times. 1-14 Special Move Command: Select Giovanna then do her specials in the order of 623S, 214S, 236K, and 214K. 1-15 Overdrive Command: Select Giovanna and do round start IAD crossover j.236236H, then dash forward and at the nd of the dash IAD over the opponent. The moment you land, do 632146H. 1-16 Combo - Gatling Combination: Select Giovanna and do it all 5 times.

2-1 Air Dash: Round Start IAD then do a well timed j.K 3 times, then do round start 236S 2 times. 2-2 Air Backdash: Backwards IAD all 5 times. 2-3 Jump Cancel: Dash forward c.5S, jump cancel, then do a delayed j.S as you land and jump cancel it all 5 times. 2-4 2 Types of Knockdown: Round 236K then do meaty 2D all 5 times. 2-5 Low Attacks: Select Sol then do round start 2K all 5 times. 2-6 Overhead Attacks: Select Sol and do round start 5D all 5 times. 2-7 Special Move Cancel: Do the combo round start 3 times, then round start 5P 2 times. 2-8 Approaching the Opponent (Zoning): Do a perfectly spaced 6S 3 times, then do the same but with 6H two times to save some time. 2-9 Punish the Opponent's Whiffed Attack (Whiff Punish): You don't actually need to whiff punish, just walk back a milli-second then 6H all 5 times. 2-10 Stop the Opponent's Dash (Counter Poke): Do perfectly spaced 2S all 5 times. 2-11 Overdrives: Do run up Tyrant Rave all 5 times. 2-12 Gold Psych Burst: Select Sol, do Gold Burst 3 times then round start 5P 2 times. 2-13 Faultless Defense: Do it correctly 3 times then get hit by the jump in 2 times. 2-14 Ground-to-Air: Do a well timed CH 6P all 5 times. 2-15 Air-to-Air: Do a well timed j.K all 5 times. 2-16 Stagger: Select Ky and do it correctly 3 times. Get hit 2 times. 2-17 Follow-up Attack: Do as it says 3 times, then do round start 5P 2 times. 2-18 Combo - Special Cancel: Select Sol and do dash forward combo 3 times, then dash forward spaced 5K two times.

3-1 Dash and Block: Dash forward and block one stun edge, then 6S immediately to CH 3 times. Dash forward and get hit by the first stunedge the other 2. 3-2 Dash Cancel: Do the combo immediately 3 times, then do immediate 5P 2 times. 3-3 Air Dash Cancel: Do a micro dash forward jump j.K into the combo 3 times, then do immediate forward jump j.H 2 times. 3-4 Countering a Throw!: Select Ky and jump immediately, then do a slightly delayed j.H 3 times. Then do immediate 5P 2 times. 3-5 Red Roman Cancel: Select Ky and do 5P > RC > 5P 3 times, then do round start 5P 2 times. 3-6 Yellow Roman Cancel: Select Ky and YRC the first hit (can just mash it) 3 times, then get hit 2 times. 3-7 Purple Roman Cancel: Select Ky, whiff throw then PRC, then immediately jump and block to succeed asap 3 times. Then round start 5P 2 times. 3-8 Blue Roman Cancel: BRC immediately, do perfectly timed 2K > 5H 3 times. Round start 5P 2 times. 3-9 Preemptive Input: Do the combo as written 3 times, then round start 5P 2 times. 3-10 Hit Confirm on the Ground: Use 6S as it's easier to hit confirm into 236K, hope you get good rng, do 3 times. Round start 236K 2 times. 3-11 Hit Confirm in the Air: Do double j.P to hit confirm into j.236K 3 times, hope you get good rng. Round start tk j.236K two times. 3-12 Meaty Attacks: Select Sol, micro walk into throw at round start, then do a meaty of your choice (6S is probably the easiest to do so with). Round start 5P two times. 3-13 Counter Hit: Micro run into max range 6P, then do meaty 2D 3 times. Do round start 6H 2 times. 3-14 Invulnerable Move: Block the first hit and then do the 623S. Don't do it too early since if you do it may get stuffed by Foudre Arc. Get hit by Ky's f.5S two times. 3-15 Escaping from the Corner of the Screen: Select Sol, then FD until 5H, then IAD out 3 times. Get hit by Ky round start 2 times. 3-16 Wall Break: Select I-No and do tk j.632146S all 5 times. 3-17 Positive Bonus: Probably room for optimization, but select I-No and do f.5S > 236S 2 times then just f.5S. Once again could be optimized probably. 3-18 Combo - Overdrive: Select I-No and do a well timed dash to land close to the opponent, then do the combo 3 times.

4-1 Dash Momentum: Do a perfectly spaced dash forward j.S all 5 times. 4-2 Follow-up Attack after a Dust Attack: Select Sol, do immediate charged dust into j.P > j.P 3 times. Do round start 5K 2 times. 4-3 R.I.S.C. Level: Select Sol, at start microwalk forward then do c.5S > f.5S > 5H > 214K 2 times, then just c.5S > f.5S > 5H, then do micro run forward 2K 3 times. Do round start 2K 2 times. 4-4 Crouch-Only Combos!: Do the combo 3 times, then round start 5P 2 times. 4-5 Air Throw: Select Sol, from round start double jump forwards 2 times then air throw 3 times. Do single forward jump and immediately j.S 2 times. 4-6 Opening up the Opponent's Defense - Low and Overhead Attacks: React to what it is (hope you get low 3 times), then do round start 5P 2 times. 4-7 Opening up the Opponent's Defense - Attacks and Throw: Immediate run up throw all 5 times. 4-8 Opening up the Opponent's Defense - Cross-up: Do immediate 236P all 5 times. 4-9 Cross-up Block: Select Sol, block it at least 3 times, from then on block or hit doesn't matter. 4-10 Guaranteed Punish: Select Sol, block the DP and punish with 5K 3 times, then get hit 2 times. 4-11 Reversal Back Dash: Select Sol, do reversal backdash 3 times, then get hit 2 times. 4-12 Invulnerable Move Reversal: Do reversal 3 times, then get hit 2 times. 4-13 Setting Up a Safe Offense (Safe Jump): Do a successful safejump and punish with 5K 3 times (I like to do 214P as a frame kill after 2D) then do round start 5P 2 times. On too early safe jumps do 5K to end it quickly. 4-14 Difference Between Each Character's Hurtbox: Do the combo 3 times, then round start 5P 2 times. 4-15 Chip Damage: From round start, do 214S > 214K > 623S all 5 times. 4-16 Tension Balance: Select Ky, do 5S > 214K repeatedly until you build up a bar, then do 236236P all 5 times. Hope you get good RNG. 4-17 Wall Tech: Select Ky, literally just hold forward. 4-18 Guard Crush: Select Ky, literally just block. 4-19 Landing Recovery after Blocking in the Air: Do as it says 3 times, make sure the opponent is in the air when you 2H since you will fail if they aren't. Then do an immediate 623S 2 times. 4-20 Frame Advantage: Select Ky, interrupt 3 times then get hit immediately 2 times. Hope you get good rng. 4-21 Clash: Do as it says 3 times, then do rounstart 236K 2 times. 4-22 Sol Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, interrupt with a well timed 5K 3 times, then get hit by gunflame 2 times. 4-23 Ky Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, interrupt with a well timed 5P (623S if you're having trouble) 3 times, then get hit at start 2 times. 4-24 May Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, interrupt with 5K or f.5S 3 times, doesn't seem to matter much which you do, then get hit at start 2 times. 4-25 Axl Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, do as it says 3 times, then get hit at start 2 times. 4-26 Chipp Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, interrupt with 5P 3 times (if you have trouble 623S), get hit at start 2 times. 4-27 Potemkin Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, punish with one 5P 3 times, then get hit 2 times. 4-28 Faust Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, interrupt with 5K 3 times, get hit 2 times. 4-29 Millia Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, you don't actually need to wait for kapel, just immediate forward jump j.P. 4-30 Zato Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, interrupt with 5P 3 times, get hit 2 times. 4-31 Ramlethal Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, jump out 3 times, optionally IAD, might save some time from not blocking. Then get hit 2 times. 4-32 Leo Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, throw Leo 3 times, get hit 2 times. 4-33 Nagoriyuki Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, interrupt with 5P 3 times, get hit 2 times. 4-34 Giovanna Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, immediate jump and punish with j.D 3 times, then dash forward to get hit as soon as possible 2 times. 4-35 Anji Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, throw Anji 3 times, get hit 2 times. 4-36 I-No Match-up Tutorial 1: Select Chipp, interrupt with 5P 3 times, get hit 2 times. 4-37 Combo - Roman Cancel: Select Chipp, do the combo as fast as possible 3 times then immediate f.5S 2 times.

5-1 Move Compatibility: Do as it says 3 times, then round start 6H 2 times. 5-2 Dash Input Roman Cancel: Do the combo 3 times, for a bonus cancel the first hit of 2H, then do f.5S with no cancel 2 times. 5-3 Cancel the Roman Cancel: Do as it says 3 times, then round start 5P 2 times. 5-4 Counter Hit Confirm: Confirm counter hit into combo 3 times, then round start 5P 2 times. Hope you get good rng. 5-5 Sliding Special Move: Do kara buster 3 times, the round start 2P 2 times. 5-6 Application of Roman Cancel: Round start do combo 3 times (remeber you cancel the first hit of 236K), then round start 5P 2 times. 5-7 Super Freeze Counter: Reversal 3 times, then get hit 2 times. 5-8 Instant Block: Select Sol, do as it says 3 times, then get hit 2 times. If you fail the IB, punish with 5K to end quicker. 5-9 Punish the Blue Psych Burst: Select Sol, round start 5P, block, punish with 5K 3 times. Do 5P and get hit by burst 2 times. 5-10 Punish the Gold Psych Burst: Select Sol, round start 2D, then walk forward until the burst, block the burst and f.5S 3 times. Get hit by the burst 2 times. 5-11 Fuzzy Guard: Select Sol, guard correctly 3 times, get hit 2 times. Hope you get good rng. 5-12 Fuzzy Jump: Select Sol, guard correctly 3 times, get hit 2 times. Hope you get good rng. 5-13 Punishing Fuzzy: Select Sol, do as it says all 5 times. 5-14 Throw Clash: Select Sol, throw tech 3 times, get hit 2 times. 5-15 Combos for Finishing Off the Opponent: Do f.5S > 632146H 3 times, round start f.5S to nothing 2 times. 5-16 Countering Reversal Invulernable Move: Select Sol, do 2D then walk forward and time your backdash, punish with 5K 3 times. Round start 5P 2 times. 5-17 Sol Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, interrupt with 2K 3 times. Get hit 2 times. 5-18 Ky Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, not sure what's optimal but I generally do an 623H combo. If someone could lab the optimal combo that'd be great. Do it all 5 times cause dragon install is so damn long. 5-19 May Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, block Yamada then 6H to punish 3 times. Get hit 2 times. 5-20 Axl Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, do it successfully 3 times, then immediately jump 2 times. 5-21 Chipp Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, interrupt with 5P 3 times, get hit 2 times. 5-22 Potemkin Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, throw all 5 times. 5-23 Faust Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, block right 3 times, get hit 2 times. 5-24 Millia Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, punish with c.5S 3 times, get hit 2 times. 5-25 Zato Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, block the first move and double jump back 3 times, get hit 2 times. 5-26 Ramlethal Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, FD Calvados and punish with run up 6H 3 times, get hit 2 times. 5-27 Leo Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, do as it says 3 times, then get hit 2 times. 5-28 Nagoriyuki Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, you can just hold up back the entire time to succeed 3 times, get hit 2 times. 5-29 Giovanna Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, interrupt with 5K 3 times, then get hit 2 times. 5-30 Anji Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, after knocking him down throw Anji 3 times, then do round start 5K 2 times. 5-31 I-No Match-up Tutorial 2: Select Sol, punish the super with 5K 3 times, round start 5P 2 times. 5-32 Combo - Wall Break: Select Chipp, do the combo 3 times then round start 5P 2 times.
