I've recently started practising gta vc for any% run. I bought the game from steam and after that, i used japanese converter to convert it. I copied it before to make sure original version stays the same. But somehow, original version doesn't work now.

i'm not really an expert on computer/software/coding etc. does anyone know how to solve it ?

I did the convertion on the copied files. Not on the original one.

remove the set file from documents folder
