I have a question, how does the replay works? Because for example I see "do a sultan replay" but I don't know how to do it or what do I get from doing that

F2 for save a replay, F3 for see the replay, just do after the end of any cutscene that end abrupt, or after a fade when the screen goes from the black, wait the fade and press F2, like OG Loc, but the good replays are after an abrupt cs end, like after ryder in big smoke voice line "Keep up motherfucker", just press one time F2 after CS to save the replay, and F3 to see the replay

What you get is a fast way to cut some fade-in and fade-out animation after watching a mission cutscene, and you can also spawn some specific vehicules on the road or a parking slot

One last question, how can you spawn the vehicles using the replay? I think that when I see a car that I want later in the game I have to press f2 and then, when I want, I press f3 and the car will appear, but I am not 100% sure

It doesn't surefire that it will appear. By loading a replay, you make the game think about the cars in that replay (so, since a sultan is in that replay, the game will think about the sultan).

If you do that in areas where that car CAN spawn, it will have a higher chance of spawning there. It is NOT a way to spawn cars all willynilly.

Have you ever searched for a certain car in the game, that was unfindable. And when you finally found it, you saw a lot of that specific car on the road? That's a game mechanic, not a bug or the game messing with you,
