Some over-simplified notes from my sleep-deprived mind as I routed this game.
A+B to skip cutscenes. Skip 1st 4 cutscenes. Shoot to stun, combo to kill.

Level 2 Use green, switch to blue to activate the right switch and then use green to open leaf door. Use green to activate both platforms. Use green to activate both and then stand on switches (AI will follow through). Switch to blue and then finish level with green. Kill lava gromiti to hit Bombos, then let him finish combo and mash.
Level 3 Use green and then break rocks. Use green to open gates. Then use rock to push left, destroy, then push right destroy. Advance, use air to rise lower bridge then green to rise and lower bridge then air again. Use wheel. Use green to lower bridges. Rock comes back, destroys some shit, activates water. Defeat Fiery Hammer first, then Bombos.
Level 8 Switch to blue, activate shit, use green to activate platform for air then go for switches. Switch to blue an duse him to activate both platforms until you use green through till after the puzzle piece. Then use air. Switch to green then to air to lower down first gate. Switch to blue, activate two, then switch to green then to air. Switch outside and head out the gate. Use whichever to push rocks and destroy shit.
Level 9 Use rock to break then glide with air. Switch to green, actiavte platform, then rock, air, switch to green. Switch to rock, then air, go. Rock, air, rock, green.
Level 10 USe whicever to open both first gates then switch to air. Use to activate then green. Use green on next room. Switch to air then after activating, green, Then air, then green. Then just use air for the next room until the boss. sCREAMING GUARDIAN.
Level 11 Use rock, switch to air quickly then back to rock. Switch to green, then back to rock. Then use green. then rock., air to float and pull lever, then rock, then green to pull lever.
Level 12 Use air the whole time seriously like just do it. When you get to new room with moving platforms, switch to green and use him until boss room.
Level 13 Switch to rock, then air after breaking shit. In log room, traverse with rock and stand on switches. Use rock than switch to air, break shit, switch to rock and finish with rock. Move rock (try to find skip) then stay with same character for moving same and break shit.

Level 15 Use water to cross the water and push the rock. switch to rock to cross, break wall and then break shit for air to use, make air push wheel then switch to blue to pull lever. switch to rock and go. switch to air, cross it and break shit. use rock to break statue jump and go. switch to blue, pull lever then go stand on switch. defeat spidey.
Level 16 use whichever to go upwards and wait for others, then drop and break shit. break shit on top. go to the right side with rock, do the same. switch to air, cross platform and pull lever. switch to rock to break both top pillars. break shits in room and keep going with rock.
Level 17 Use air, push rock down, switch to green, keep going till you pull lever, break shit, then drop down to pull other lever, switch and break. go. use water to cross and pull lever, then switch to air, pull lever, use green, then air, then go. after getting to other room, use green to push rock,, then use water to break thing, then switch to air to keep going. defeat all enemies.
Level 18 Use green, then air, then water. Switch to air, break shit, then switch to green. Use air to break shit, break, then switch to blue and then green. Just keep going, breaking things, no need to switch. Finish final boss.
