Hey, I wanted to start speed running Ghostrunner, and as I was watching some speed runs I noticed that nobody uses instant restart during their runs. Everybody seems to hit escape and manually select to restart from last checkpoint instead of having a dedicated key bind. Is there a reason for this(like saving time) or is it not allowed(because it looks like an edited clip when you use instant restart)?

It's allowed in ILs but not full runs because it looks like a splice and can easily lead to degenerate strats where you just do little teleports constantly.
