A very simple skip, this is directly after you use Astral to drain the water after heading down the series of ladders and jumps. Although, there are two ways to get to this point. The one in shown in the video is slightly longer than the way I've been using lately. The way I've been using is just heading to incline (leading to where you clip OOB), crouching on the RHS and walking while pushing hard in to it; it seems to have the same result but can be finicky sometimes depending on the angle you enter at.
