I argue that Turbo should be allowed considering it is in the instructions. Thoughts?

My opinion is that speedrunning is about beating a game as fast as humanly possible and that turbo gives inputs that are not humanly possible

Bucky O'Hare (NES) has subcategories for Turbo. Also, in the Ghostbusters II movie, they use an NES Advantage controller.
