Guitar Hero 3 Career - Any% (Easy/Medium) Speedrun Guide

Hello everyone, my name is IvanderLatidjan and I am going to give you a speedrun guide for Guitar Hero III Any% Career (Easy/Medium) difficulty. So in Easy or Medium difficulty, you only need to finish 3 out of 4 songs to proceed therefore I will list down the songs in each stages that you can skip due to their length being the longest.

I have checked the Guitar Hero 3 song length in each stages and have seen which are the longest and therefore the songs to skips are:

1) Starting Out Small
- Slow Ride 4:10
- Talk Dirty to me 3:46
- Hit me with your best shot 2:54
- Story of my life 5:51

You would want to skip Story of My Life because it is the longest out of the 4 songs.

2) Your First Real Gig
- Mississippi Queen 2:33
- School's Out 3:25
- Sunshine of your love 4:25
- Barracuda 4:26

Skip Barracuda because its the longest in this stage.

3) Making the Video
- When you were young 3:41
- Miss Murder 3:28
- The Seeker 3:33
- Lay Down 3:07

Skip When You Were Young because its the longest in this stage.

4) European Invasion
- Paranoid 2:50
- Anarchy in the UK 3:40
- Kool Thing 4:09
- My name is Jonas 3:31

Skip Kool Thing because its the longest in this stage.

5) Big House Blues
- Holiday in Cambodia 4:43
- Rock you like a hurricane 4:16
- Same old song 3:04
- La Grange 3:46

Skip Holiday in Cambodia because this song is longest in this stage

6) Hottest Band on Earth
- Black Magic Woman 5:26
- Cherub Rock 5:01
- Black Sunshine 4:18
- The Metal 2:42

Skip Black Magic Woman because its the longest in this stage.

7) Live in Japan
- Before I Forget 4:24
- Stricken 4:08
- 3's & 7's 3:38
- Knights of Cydonia 5:42

Skip Knights of Cydonia because its longest.

8 ) Battle for Your Soul
- Raining Blood 3:38
- Cliffs of Dover 4:13
- The Number of The Beast 4:27
- One 7:25

Skip One because its the longest.

Lasts less time against bosses

You must lose 3 times to have the option to wusse out against a boss, to do so you must fail on purpose until your second turn arrives to play.

It would save you a lot of time against Slash (doesn't work on Lou)

tricks to save time

U need to disable autosave mode. In autosave mode u lost 3 seconds after each song you played before, and around 6 second for saving before battle round. 

alt+tab trick can be made by using 3dAnalyzer with active checkbox on "windowed mode". After the guitar neck disappears you can use alt+tab for skip animation of "You Rock" . It can be used before battle, after battle, after u choose song to play.
