When you get the pickaxe for Quartz marker it never goes back to its original spot. And the wall also stays broken. Even if you delete Quartz marker the pickaxe is still gone. Are you allowed to obtain the marker without collecting the pickaxe and breaking the wall?
The pickaxe doesn’t reset after rejoining - it is collectible one-time only. The only way to do another full Speedrun of Quartz is use another account.
I think it is fair to say that you are allowed to do runs with the Pickaxe collected then, as we don't want you to create new accounts for a single marker speedrun
