Since all new features, which they are adding, are not gonna be translated due to how it's currently set up. But stuff might end up being translated in the future? I don't think it's a priority

Translations should be for static words. But I guess site forum names could still be translated

@modularized these people are as old as the site themselves and only helped @Pac, not Elo. They are now probably inactive and probably don't want to help anymore
