Hi site moderators! I wanna add hebrew to one of the languages that this site supports. I can be translator and I can find more friends of mine that wanna help to translate.

That language already exists. Click on your username in the site header -> click on the language+flag button in the list (I assume it's English for you) -> choose one of the current 27 languages, including Hebrew.
