Hey hey!

We uploaded an icon for our game's page ( Bloodroots ) but it still seems to show a white question mark after a few days.

Seems to be happening to pretty much everyone we ask, too.

Anyone have any idea what we may be doing wrong?

Unlike everything else in the game theme, the game-icon and trophies-icons are not replaced immediately when you change them. The old versions are saved in a server cache, and it can take a few hours up to 2-3 days until they are updated. It's annoying, but you will have to be patient.
