I'm looking at my followed games settings and I see the URL of the game with the game right next to it. Does anyone know why it's showing up like this? https://imgur.com/a/nlkGWow

This is a bug which I reported some time ago and apparently wasn't fixed yet. Whenever you follow games that don't have an icon, on the "followed games settings" page every game like that will show a generic icon, along with the game's URL.
