I'm trying to order something online, but I'm having trouble with choosing the shipping method. It says I can't use insert shipping method here because my cart has been modified (and by modified it means I added the item I want into the cart) and the shipping method I previously selected no longer applies (even tho it's my first time using this site). I tweeted to the people who run the site, and now I'm anxiously waiting for a response.
