So basically I'm tired of listening to Lofi girl while streaming + having that music in the background of my yt uploads, any good suggestions?

you could always have two (or more) sound channels in which one is everything and the other is all but whatever source is playing your music and in obs settings make it so that twitch vods use the track without music and if you are recording record that channel instead of the all sounds one

I just take the copyright claim, its not like I'm going to be making any money anyways.

I don't mind a claim either, just on twitch your audio gets muted, which isn't great for exporting to yt later.
