yes, when the game starts telling the story in yellow writing, after that part the screen goes black, at this moment of black screen the game starts and you can move. when the screen goes black, you already pull the mouse instead of the alarm clock to turn off the alarm clock, and you already press the space key and hold the A key to go left. so when the screen comes back you are born with the alarm clock turned off, you are born out of bed and closer to the bedroom door. a good example is 2 (second place in speedrun bad) he spawns in the middle of the room and that helps d+. Sxpphire, I think they meant that you can move the mouse to aim at & turn the alarm clock off before the screen finishes fading in.
