I was thinking of incorporating the hexen table teleport to the train and the infinite loot from the specific neighbor into a run. Would that be allowed? also is the infinite head cherub bug still in the game?

Since the rules do not state the opposite, I think you can use any other bug.

I will have to revise it to see if it isn't game breaking (The Hexen Teleport to the train) if not then it's going to Skip%.

However, Infinite Head is allowed, I'm okay with that
