• Maybe able to do in other missions

You need to do:

1. Trigger end of mission
2. Lose Witness before cutscene starts (note: Dont brake, keep pushing throttle button)

The cutscene dont start and end text will appear. So you skipped cutscene. I dont tried it on other missions but I think it can be performed in this type of missions.
