Should regions obsolete eachother?
Basically, do you want old runs by the same person to be set to obsolete if they are done in a different country? An example of this being SharkBit15's 1m 51s 340ms and 1m 53s 750ms runs both being shown, as they were done in the US and unmarked. By changing to obsolete these runs, they would no longer appear on leaderboards.
