Duckstation Build for Runs

Takes a vanilla ROM (NTSC-U or NTSC-J 1.1) and modifies it to provide some convenience features for practice, such as:

- button combination to set the current RNG (Select + Shoulder Buttons)
  - each combination can be configured, allowing up to 16 different seeds per ROM
- button combination to reboot the game (Select + All Face Buttons)
- button combination to save anywhere (Select + Circle)
- button combination to set poop condition (Select + Cross)
- config option to disable regular poop mechanic
- overlay for additional information such 
  - current RNG / advances counter
  - timer since boot in 10ms steps
  - Year Day Hour:Minute CurrentFrame
  - PoopLevel PoopTimer Happiness Discipline
  - LocationX LocationZ

To use: 
1. drag & drop a Digimon World ISO on the extract.bat
2. open config.asm with a text editor, adjust values to your likings
3. run rebuild.bat
4. use DigimonWorldPatched.bin
