News about run submissions
twitch is allowed for top 25, top 10, and WR runs as they can be retimed with sprt you just have to not be lazy
i agree with not allowing the roblox recorder for top 10 runs but google drive should still be allowed
ALL runs not showing spawn from now on will be rejected

Rules have been rewritten
I have edited and added on to the rules to make them easier to understand. If there are any runs that do not follow and/or break these new rules, please notify me.
(also yes, this is like the nine millionth moderator change)
