I think Construction Site should be added as an IL and the rules should read as follows:

Use seed 1001 to load the construction site, with no crew. Must reach the flag at the top of the construction site, displaying the "Made it!" trick message, then reach the finish line.

Session time will be used for the time.

Speedrun timer is required for verification. <<<

I would also very much like this category to be added. I did a 39.621 run of this on XBOX One: I guess I'll add livesplit to future runs as well for verification based on fright01's comment.
